NK AI Studio is operated by NK Studio. Email is the fastest way to reach a human — there is no phone queue and no ticket portal to sign up for.
When reporting a publishing problem, please include the platform, the approximate time, and the error message shown on screen. That is usually enough for us to find the request in our logs.
2Frequently asked questions
How do I connect a social account?
Sign in, open Settings > SNS Connections, and press the Connect button for the platform you want. You are taken to that platform's own authorization page, and after you grant consent you return to NK AI Studio with the account name shown on the connections screen. You can connect as many or as few platforms as you like.
Does NK AI Studio post anything without asking me?
No. There is no scheduler, no bulk poster and no bot. Every post goes through a confirmation step that shows the caption, the media, the target account, the audience setting and any content disclosures. Nothing is sent until you press the confirm button. For TikTok specifically, the confirmation dialog is described step by step on the TikTok Integration page.
Publishing failed. What should I check?
In order: (1) the account is still connected in Settings > SNS Connections — re-connect if the authorization expired; (2) the asset meets the platform's limits (file size, duration, aspect ratio, caption length); (3) the audience setting is one your account actually allows. If the error persists, email us the platform, the time and the exact error text.
Why did my TikTok post end up visible only to me?
Until an app passes TikTok's review, TikTok only allows posts created through that app to be private. Our server therefore forces SELF_ONLY during this period, regardless of the audience you select in the dialog. Once the app is approved, your selection is used as-is.
How do I disconnect an account?
Open Settings > SNS Connections and press Disconnect on that platform. The stored access and refresh tokens and all cached platform data are deleted immediately. Posts already published to that platform stay on the platform — you manage those in the platform's own app.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Deleting your NK AI Studio account removes everything we hold, including all connection tokens and cached platform metrics. If you would rather have us do it, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will process it within 7 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention terms.
Which platforms are supported?
Publishing is live for the platforms below. The list grows over time, and each new integration is disclosed in the Privacy Policy when it goes live.
What does it cost?
NK AI Studio is currently free to use after signing up. Paid plans are in preparation; we will announce pricing in the product and update the Terms of Service before any charge applies.
Who owns the content I generate?
You do. You are responsible for the AI-generated output you publish, and you should review it before approving a post. Content pulled from a connected platform remains owned by its original creator and is governed by that platform's terms. Details are in the Terms of Service.
